Hand needs (lots of) work, and the hair is a general mess, but I really do like how it turned out overall. I love the shading despite it being somewhat messy here and there, and since I'm still not working on coloring, it's kinda important to get shading right, at least somewhat.
The general point was to make an only semi-realistic face with some strongly cartoony influences, mostly to do with the nose, and the eyes themselves. While it's certainly not perfect and some color and cleaner line work would have helped immensely, I'm really not out to spend dozens of hours on a single piece. Plus, I accidentally did a lot of shading on the wrong layer. That alone would take hours to fix.
Either way, I'm super open to critiques. I promise I won't be one of those salty dogs who block the first person to say something 'mean'.
I'm still learning and as anyone trying to learn, need some guidance on how to become better. Thanks.
